We courier all our products Australia wide. To find out the delivery cost of any of the product(s), add the item(s) to your cart, then go to the cart page and enter your postcode. Courier delivery costs are based on the number of items you order, their weight and dimensions and your location.
We have a flat rate of $85 shipping to Sydney postcodes 2000 - 2234 for orders over $450. You can also pick up your order from our warehouse in Alexandria in Sydney.
If you live outside of Sydney and are purchasing more than 2 or 3 pieces of furniture, we have furniture removalists which service most areas of Australia. Please email us the pieces you are interested in and your address and we will provide you with a quote which may be cheaper than the delivery cost automatically quoted online.
We only deliver to street addresses and NOT to PO BOXES.
We will advise you of the delivery costs for all the items in the Package once we receive your order. You may also enquire prior to making the order.
The delivery cost for both individual pieces and packages to the Sydney metropolitan area is an $85 flat fee for orders over $450. We will contact you to advise the day and time of delivery.
We use reputable courier companies and furniture delivery companies for our delivery service. Please note that there may be delays wih couriers which are beyond our control.
Individual items – We email you a courier tracking link so you can track the delivery day. The courier company will also text you on the delivery day to confirm. If a product is out of stock, we will indicate the delivery times on the product page. We will notify Sydney customers of the delivery day every Monday.
Furniture Package – The items in the Furniture Packages may be delivered at different times depending on availability. We will advise you of delivery times upon receipt of your order.
RECEIPT OF DELIVERY
We recommend that you are at home at the time of delivery. If you are not at home, the courier will leave a card and return the goods to its local depot. You will then need to call the courier to arrange re-delivery. This will entail a further cost to the customer.
If you will not be at home and would like the courier to leave your order in a safe place, please include these instructions in the Comments field when you order. If you have not indicated this at the time of your order you can post a note on your front door giving permission to the courier to leave the package.
Orders are delivered to properties with level access. Our couriers will not deliver to apartments on upper levels.
We are not responsible for the installation of any items. Once they are received, the purchaser is responsible for unpacking the boxes and placing the items in the preferred positions and protecting any floor coverings.
